About Atomic Empowerment
Science‑based wellbeing for resilient people & organisations
Atomic Empowerment delivers evidence‑based wellness programs designed to support individuals, teams, and organisations through the growing challenges of modern work. Our approach integrates mind–body–spirit empowerment to help people reset their nervous systems, regulate stress responses, and recover their capacity to perform, connect, and thrive.
In a world facing unprecedented levels of stress, anxiety, and work‑related burnout, maintaining a healthy, resilient workforce has never been more critical. Atomic Empowerment exists to meet this moment with practical, proven tools that create meaningful and measurable change.
Our Philosophy:
Restore. Reprogram. Reclaim
At Atomic Empowerment, we believe wellbeing is not a luxury or an add‑on — it is a foundation for sustainable performance.
Our programs are built around three essential principles:
-
Reset the nervous system from chronic stress and overload
-
Regulate emotional, physiological, and cognitive responses
-
Recover clarity, energy, focus, and resilience
By addressing wellbeing at the nervous‑system level, we help people move from survival mode into a heart‑centred, mindful state where creativity, collaboration, and productivity naturally increase.
Who We Are
Atomic Empowerment was founded by Beverley Holt, a highly experienced health and wellness practitioner and educator.
With a background spanning clinical practice, teaching, and organisational wellbeing, Beverley brings together science‑based methods and compassionate leadership to support people through periods of pressure, transition, and growth.
Alongside a network of skilled practitioners and educators, Atomic Empowerment works with ambitious professionals and forward‑thinking organisations who recognise that wellbeing is central to long‑term success.
What We Offer
We provide simple, effective, and scientifically supported skills that can be applied immediately in real‑world environments.
Our programs help individuals and teams:
-
Identify early signs of stress, anxiety, and burnout
-
Interrupt unhelpful stress patterns before they escalate
-
Build emotional regulation and nervous‑system resilience
-
Improve focus, decision‑making, and communication
-
Create a calmer, more connected workplace culture
All programs are designed to be accessible, practical, and relevant — no prior experience required.
How We Do It
Atomic Empowerment programs draw on the latest research in:
-
Mindfulness‑based stress reduction
-
Heart‑brain coherence
-
Controlled breathing and nervous‑system regulation
-
Psychophysiology and emotional self‑regulation
These approaches are widely supported by neuroscience and behavioural science research, demonstrating improvements in stress management, emotional resilience, cognitive performance, and overall wellbeing.
We focus on creating a state of receivership — a calm, coherent internal environment where the body and mind are receptive to change. From this state, people are better able to learn, adapt, and perform at their best.
Our workplace wellbeing programs are transformative yet practical, equipping staff at all levels with tools they can use immediately — at work, at home, and in everyday life.
Our Commitment
We are committed to supporting organisations in building safe, supportive, and resilient workplace environments. Our work is grounded in science, delivered with empathy, and tailored to the real pressures faced by modern teams.
Because when people feel calm, supported, and empowered, performance follows naturally.

“Chronic stress and burnout are not personal failures – they are nervous-system responses. My work is about giving people practical tools that create real regulation, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing.”
